My friend and I stayed here one night for a concert and we felt right at home! The hosts were super friendly, the space was very comfortable, and the neighborhood felt safe and quiet! Not to mention the location was very conveniently located a not too long drive away from the PNC Pavillion! Would definitely book with them again for events in Charlotte!

The town house was very clean, comfortable, and cozy. The location was reasonably tucked away but still close enough to shopping and commerce. Plenty of space and comfortable. Will be back again and definitely recommend

We truly enjoyed our stay at Andrea's! There were so many items in the kitchen and the linen was clean, as well as the rest of the house. It was very quiet and we were not disturbed by anyone, so we were able to relax. I will say please be sure you read the house rules and make sure you and your guest(s) will be able to abide by them. We didn't have any issues because we were the only two staying at the residence and the rules were feasible . We wish we were closer to town but it was worth the drive for the privacy and rest. Thank you so much for an amazing stay.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay. The home was very well decorated and comfy. I was pleasantly surprised to see accommodations like shampoo, soap, laundry detergent and stocked cabinets!! The neighbor unfortunately liked to play very loud music late at night but everything else was great!
