My friends and I hosted our annual Friendsgiving at Joshua's place. We had a large group (16+) and there were enough beds and space for everyone. There is a beautiful view of the mountains from the back windows and porch. We were able to walk on the road without seeing a single person or car - very private and peaceful. There is also a brewery down the road which we really enjoyed called Dam Brewhouse. Joshua was easy to communicate with. We had no issues so we really only needed the check-in/out information. Highly recommend! One thing to note, you will need to take all trash with you or pay a removal fee.

Very spacious home, with many comfortable beds. There’s even a bunk bed with three beds stacked on top of one another, which was a first. For future guests, the two sofa beds on the porch can also be viable beds once the heating for the porch is turned on. The solo queen bed is a walk-through area to the large room with a queen bed and the triple stacked bunk. The kitchen and restrooms were well stocked, and everything was clean. The dining room and living room were good conversation areas. We were very close to Waterville valley, which was a fun place to ski. Josh was a good communicator, and checkin was very flexible.

Great location and close to Waterville Valley, where we spent time skiing for the weekend. I️ stayed here with my family and we had a great time together with all the kids. The house was large enough to comfortably fit 11 of us and we probably could have fit a few more. There are only two queen beds, so one of the adults slept in a bunk, which was fine. The kids loved that there were lots of games on the porch. The community center was also great. It’s about 1 mile away and has several pools, as well as a hot tub, which is limited to 4 people at a time. Joshua has 4 passes available to guests and anybody in addition to that has to pay a small amount. It wasn’t too crowded. We did have a small mishap with heating but Joshua was very quick to respond and worked hard/quickly to resolve the issue. Overall, this is a great place for a big family to stay in a beautiful location with comfortable beds and plenty of amenities.

Really Good place
