Overall a clean and decent Villa. However the stay could have been better if not for the following: - no water from all taps upon check-in, had to wait for an hr for maintenance to fix, and another hour for water truck to put water into tank which wasn’t adequately filled. - kitchen utensils: broken knives and kettle whose interior base was covered with solidified calcium. None were fit for use. - listing mentioned that the Villa had oil, but it didn’t. - 2 dining chairs had wobbly backs rendering them unsafe. - pool filtration pump not working, pool had murky water due to lack of proper filtration. Pump wasn’t fixed through the stay. - decking chairs seats sunken in and due for replacement. - Kitchen glass backsplash had a huge crack across it. - Kitchen cabinet in poor condition with skirting dropping off. - Villa next door had wild parties with occupants screaming, singing and shouting right up till 5am. - managing agents didn’t bother to update guests

Management company reacted fast and accordingly. The Villa itself needs work like another reviewer said. Not worth the 220€ price+ like 20€ electricity with only nightly AC.

Great place and the host and team on spot was friendly and quick to respond. We had a lovely holiday here.
