Although the home was modern and beautifully decorated, this home needs a some maintenance. Juan was nice to allow an early check in. Check in was easy. Upon arrival, we noticed spider webs in the ceiling of multiple parts of the home and back deck unkept with patio accessories thrown across the yard. Juan responded quickly and came to remove the spider webs. As the weekend continued, we noticed multiple roaches in which he referred to as “water bugs “ in multiple areas of the home. I can tolerate a lot of things but pests are not one of them due to my severe allergies! The fan in the Master bedroom didn’t work. Outlets in the master bathroom , one of the upstairs bathrooms , upstairs queen room, and downstairs bedroom didn’t work as well. The hot water does not last past 2 people taking a shower. There was a group of us. Most had to endure a cold shower daily. I regret having to leave a negative review, but it was important that I gave a honest review on my experience at this home.

Enjoyed our stay, everything was perfect. House was very clean and spacious, so perfect for a getaway ! Felt just like home . Juan was very communicative and such a great help making our stay the absolute best !
