Staying at Tortuga will make you feel like being at home; you can expect a relaxed atmosphere surrounded by nature while being relatively close to the town centre. The room is located besides the property backyard from which you can see Laguna Bacalar and also you can jump right to it from our private pier to have a swim in fresh water. The view of the landscape from our patio will make you feel you're in paradise while enjoying a tasty cocktail from our lagoon front bar. Tortuga Bacalar offers five private rooms in that can be booked separately or as a whole house for big groups. All the rooms have air conditioning and a private bathroom with warm water. There's free WiFi on the premises with decent signal overall. There are three rooms inside the main house and two more on the outside beside our garden by the lagoon. Our room Carey is located by our patio and at a short distance to the lagoon. You can enjoy the common areas either by the main house or close to the lagoon; we have lounge seats, tables and hammocks all around. There is a lot of vegetation on the surroundings and you can see lots of kinds of animals around. We also have a small bar available next to the lagoon to enjoy a cocktail, cold beer or a smoothie. Our location is very convenient as it is relatively close to Bacalar centre but still on the outskirts so you can enjoy a bit of quiet.
