Despite a sudden same-day reservation, Alex and other housemates warmly accepted my booking and prepared for my long stay. I really appreciate that they saved my life (I accidentally lost the place to stay.) The amenity is great. The description is written correctly. The kitchen equipment is great too, and I enjoy cooking with a rice cooker and air fryer. Two other housemates are very nice to me. On the first day, they greeted me and gave me some advice to live there (bus route to TAMU, how to live with the intense climate in Texas). The environment is super! There are so many great restaurants around and my favorite shopping places (home depot, reasonable nail salon, book store). 2-3 days at midnight, there was a noisy weekend but Alex dealt with that, and the ear plug works well to noise. Overall, this place is great. I would like to recommend somebody to stay.

I booked Alex's listing for a long-term stay, and it was the best place for my needs. It was a great location that had easy access to campus and lots of stores and restaurants nearby within walking distance. The place was just like the listing said, everything was very clean, and all of the amenities were present. Alex was also a great host that was easy to reach whenever I needed, and he was proactive with his communication. I would highly recommend this listing for anyone who is looking for short or long-term stays!

Overall not a bad place to crash for the night. Bed was comfortable. The toiletries provided in the bathroom were generic and small, we brought our own. The bathroom was unfortunately a bit dirty and had some hair from the prior guest in the tub when we arrived. The room is very basic. We booked as there wasn’t much option in the area. Truthfully, the way the room is now we wouldn’t stay here again as we’d go to a hotel for what we paid for and what we got. If the price were lower, it wouldn’t be a bad rental for what you get with it.
