We loved Xenia’s place, it had everything we needed and the location worked out perfect for us. It was quiet, clean and cozy. We’ll definitely return!

The place was located exactly where we needed it to be. It was nice and clean. It is an upstairs unit so my daughter with special needs had a hard time getting up and down. It says it would sleep 5. We were 4 adults and one child and ended up just having my child sleep in the kings size bed with us. As far as the futon for the other adults, it was not comfortable and kept folding up causing them to roll to the middle like a taco. My adult daughter ended up sleeping on the couch because of this. It was quiet, we felt safe and we were just there for one night for an evening wedding, so it was ok. If I were staying longer with 4 adults and 1 child, I would look for something else. For 2 or 3 people, it makes a great place to stay.
