We really enjoyed our stay in San Jose del Cabo. This unit was a great place for our family of four. The complex was clean, felt very safe and was located well- many restaurants and shops just blocks away and a short walk to the beach. The other residents in the complex were friendly and provided many recommendations. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub every day!

Loved the place! Would book again. Walking distance to many restaurants & shops. 30 seconds from the pool. Less than 5 min walk to the beach.

4 week stay Perfect Location; walked downtown, to grocery & beach. Bed was comfy, AC worked well & plenty of space for husband & I. Utilized beach chairs & umbrella frequently. Pool was cold but still enjoyed sunning on deck. Was nice to have washer/dryer. Would have been nice to have oven but did get used to air fryer & stove top that worked well. The old people (and i am older too) who owned or rented long term were surprisingly loud as they congregated in large groups. Pool was closed 2 days for HOA events. A guy garaged his very loud dune buggy directly below our unit. Host has no control over these, was just proximity of unit to pool & because we were there so long spent more time in unit than usual. Did have to buy lots of water as told by host not consumable. No kleenex or dishwasher detergent upon arrival but provided when asked. We did have to buy more toilet paper as host said only provided enough household items to get us started. Never had to do that at any other AB&B.

Rocio’s place was perfect! Extremely clean, and a great location. I highly recommend this! Rocio was excellent at communicating! You will not regret staying here!

Rocio was a wonderful host and the Condo is in a great location and is beautiful. It was a 15 minute walk to LaComer and about 20 minute walk to down town San Jose. The path to the beach is just across the street. There are 2 beach chairs and umbrella in the condo. The condo was very comfortable and the complex is very relaxing and quiet. The only issue we had was no microwave but there are two burners and a toaster oven to cook your meals or re heat leftovers. We will definitely be returning!
