This house was gorgeous and perfect for our family vacation! So much room to spread out and the outdoor space is amazing- lots of different places to play in and explore for our kids and the beautiful garden and landscaping made it feel so tranquil. Only a 5 minute flat walk to all the restaurants and beach. We would love to come back sometime soon!

This turned out to be a great place for our family and friends. The location was perfect to walk to shopping and food in town, as well as a gorgeous walk along the beach or all the way to SB. The 101 and train noise were not a big deal. We loved the cold plunge and hot tub. The spaces inside and outside were really nice. For some reason, we ended up hanging out on the front deck more than the back deck. Chris was great with communication. Loved renting bikes in town and riding up in the hills. Honor Bar and Bettinas were our favorite places to eat. We had the cleaning lady come in between friends visiting and she did an amazing job--very clean and thorough. Thank you!

The best stay ever in Montecito. Absolutely perfect location, amazing set up for kids, fully outfitted kitchen, walkable to the beach and Coast Village. Already planning our return.

Even better than the pictures!!! Super spacious and huge backyards (yes, plural). The furniture and set up was super cute. Also, Chris was very responsive and helpful!

Really great host and nice place! We'd stay here again. It was spacious and clean and the host was helpful. He let us check out late and helped turn off a light that was disturbing my parents at night. The only thing that I'd mention is the house is ~1 block from the freeway (101) and a railroad. You can't hear the highway but it's a bit inconvenient walking around.
