Roam Ranch Yurt: In a world of squares, it's time to experience round! Located on 10 acres in the beautiful valley of Milburn, Utah. Come reset in nature, ride our mountain bike flow trail (beginners/ intermediates/experts) or better yet, test your skills on our 9 hole disc golf course! Two complimentary Roam Wallets with each stay. Yurt also includes an air conditioning/heating unit. While we love animals, there are no pets allowed. Please message me for current land/weather conditions. The yurt is located in the quiet town of Milburn Utah on 10 acres. We have WIFI and there is excellent cell phone service. Depending on sleeping arrangements it can accommodate 6 people for sleeping as we have two full size mattresses, a twin size mattress bunk bed, and an oversized cot available if needed. Guests will need to bring their own linens (pillows, blankets, sleeping bags, towels) as these will not be available. Guests will also need to bring their own drinking water. The yurt is fully powered and also has an air conditioning/heating unit. There is an outdoor sink, toilet, and heated shower when water is available April to end of October (weather temperature permitting). Toilet instructions are provided for year round service. During snowy conditions guests can use the ski/snowboard terrain park features in front of the yurt. Guests can ride our mountain bike flow trail which is 0.15 mile down and 0.30 mile up to complete the 0.45 mile loop, during non snowy or muddy conditions. Guests can use our 9 hole disc golf course (discs will be available) during non snowy conditions. Guests can also enjoy a 5 mile walk/run/bike ride, mostly on gravel road, around the town and try their luck at spotting wild turkeys and deer. A couple neighbors have chickens and dogs so you may hear dogs bark in the evening and roosters cackle in the morning
