Luxury Beds in a Bunkhouse~Need a place to bunk a crew of cowboys/cowgirls after a long day of events? This bunkhouse is located 1.6 miles away from the Contoy Arena where High school Rodeos, Horse shows, Clinics, and other events happen. We are also only 10 minutes away from the Arapeen Trail System where you can ride side by sides or Atvs to explore the Manti La-Sal Mountains. Terrell's grocery store is down the street, and there are several places nearby to grab some grub. This Bunkhouse has all new furnishings. All Mattresses are brand-new and very comfortable. We take pride in providing a cozy, very clean, family-friendly environment. Everyone so far has complimented how functional and inviting this space feels. It is our goal to make this bunkhouse a place to relax, and unwind at the end of the day of work or play.

We had a wonderful stay in beautiful Mt. Pleasant. The apartment was well stocked, very clean, comfortable with lots of nice touches to make us feel at home. It was extra special to have all the fixings for a big breakfast as well. I highly recommend this aibnb and would love to come back.

Becky was very responsive and accommodating. She made sure we had a comfortable stay, even providing some basic groceries to save us a trip to the grocery store for breakfast. The rental was very kid friendly and was a comfortable place to stay for a good price, with fewer fees than many other options.
This place was great. We had 4 adults and 5 kids. It was clean. Lots for the kids to do. Breakfast was definitely an added bonus and saved us a trip to the store.

This rental is just minutes away from some great activities and events with places to explore in all seasons. Sanpete County is a hidden gem in Utah, and our smaller crowds make our community the best place to enjoy hometown hospitality. Mount Pleasant is ATV/Side x Side friendly and is truly a pleasant place to come play and stay.
The Contoy Arena Sports Club and Skyline Eventing Park is only 4 minutes down the road. They hold many Indoor/Outdoor Equestrian Events, Horse Clinics, Shows, Mounted Shooting competitions, and Rodeos. All events are open to spectators, offering a delightful experience with an on-site snack bar, clean restrooms, and ample parking. The main hall of the Arena is also available to rent if you’re looking to host an event or family reunion. If you are looking for equestrian entertainment, family-friendly activities, or a place to hone in your riding skills.
We are a rural community. There is no public transportation available here. Mt Pleasant City is ATV/Side x Side friendly so you can drive from this rental directly to the grocery store or trailhead. The only street you can not drive directly down is HWY 89--you will have to be street-legal to do so or you can only cross over this road. The entire driveway and south side of this home is for your use. Several cars or trucks with trailers can park off the street here.
