We absolutely LOVED staying here! It had everything you needed and more. We loved the breathtaking views and being only a few steps away from the pool and beach! Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! :)

We spent a wonderful week at Ben's place in early March 2024. Temps were in the mid- to upper-70s. We had a mix of sunshine and clouds, a day of pea soup fog, and even a night of perfectly star-filled skies, but with a huge lightning storm 50 miles away out over the Atlantic. It was incredible! We saw two SpaceX launches, and all we had to do was walk down on to the beach right outside our condo. For a space geek like me, this was a bucket-list kind of experience. The ocean is just a few feet away, with miles and miles of shell-filled beaches to the north and to the south. There are great restaurants within a mile of the condo – we loved JB's Fish Camp (try the seasoned shrimp with Jungle Juice) and Mi Mexico (try the Guacomole Fresco). Flagler Ave is just a few miles down the road, with wonderful shops, bars, and restaurants. We can't say enough good things about Ben's place! It was just as advertised, was comfortable and quiet, and had everything we needed for a delightful stay.

We stayed for the month of January. Weather a little cooler than anticipated but the view of the ocean from the condo was great. Good restaurants close by, especially C’s Waffles, Chase’s on the Beach and JB’s Fish Camp. We could see Space Launches in the distance. All in all, a good condo to rent with Ben being an excellent host and coming to our rescue when we had problems.
