Fantastic location. Easy walk to York town centre but in quiet street. The house was very well equipment for big groups and the decor was really coordinated throughout. Felt like a special place to have a group holiday. Also loved little touches such as condiments left for cooking, complimentary drinks and personalized note.

This was a perfect place for a reunion giving us the social space to catch up - both the sofas, the dinner table and the garden space are all perfect for larger groups. The kitchen worked so well for cooking and making breakfasts (with the lovely coffee machine making people really happy). Plenty of everything made it easy to have meals and drinks in the place whilst spending the day exploring York and having a couple of meals in the city centre as it's easy walking distance. It's a beautiful house that worked really well for us and the host was very helpful making sure we had everything we needed.

Lucie is a wonderful host. Her communication throughout the process was fast and efficient. The house is stunning, beautifully decorated to a high standard. There were 3 generations staying and it met everyone’s needs. The house was beautifully clean and the kitchen was well stocked with essentials. The location was perfect too, we walked into York each day. We can’t thank you enough for such a wonderful weekend. We’ve made memories to last a lifetime.
