We arrived at this home at 11 pm at night, after a long day of travelling. We had a small problem with the water, and the host was available by text, and the host's representative in the neighborhood responded and came by to fix the problem immediately. Yes, the host is readily available and the unit is clean, comfortable, well equipped for all of our needs. Walking distance to the phenominal clubhouse. Publix and other shops minutes away. We would highly recommend this host, his support team, and the home itself.

Our stay was all that we hoped. The beautiful home gave us a place to relax and enjoy the amazing Florida weather in January. Having easy access to the Del Webb amenities and the surrounding area was a bonus. Chuck and Diane were great hosts and very responsive to any inquiry. We definitely recommend renting from them.
