The approach to the house is not impressive, but the home itself met our needs and expectations and is easily accessible from 31W. There were a few maintenance issues that should have been addressed better before we arrived; however, the owner was very nice in our communications.

House was exactly as described. Very comfortable. Little cafe/shop about half a block away, with delicious breakfast and baked goods. Close to lots of attractions.

We had a wonderful stay! Kitchen extremely well stocked and comfortable mattresses. The screened porch, boat dock and very comfortable living room furniture made for a very enjoyable and comfortable visit! Better indoor lighting needed. We will definitely be back! Thank you for providing such great accommodations!

location is right at the water. There are a lot of steps and pier is wobbly for walking. The steps to the front door are high stepping and one of them is loose. if you're not careful you will fall. my sister in law did. There is a upstairs and downstairs inside which we were not aware of. being in our 70's made it very hard for us to do much since there was soooo many steps. The tub in the master bedroom had mold at the wall where the tub top meets. Two of the kitchen chairs were broken. You have to have a large lighter to lite the grill but be careful as it blew up in my sister's face when she started it as the ignition does not work and it was rusted. We had to fix everything because the owners were busy. We were told they would not come on the weekend.
