We had a lovely, relaxed week in Brancaster with our dog. We even managed to enjoy some spring sunshine in the garden. Beautiful pub next door and a couple of miles away the best fish restaurant, The White Horse. Beaches are idyllic. Duffield Cottage is the perfect escape, everything you need in a lovely, comfortable cosy cottage.

The cottage is in a great location just set back from the main road and rather conveniently right next door to the excellent Ship Inn. The cottage is very well equipped with everything needed for cooking in or for relaxing. It had a very comfortable double bed and everything was immaculate when we arrived. Our dog loved it and there is a small secure courtyard to let the dog get some air. Victoria provided excellent instructions for a safe route (with the dog) to walk to the amazing Brancaster Beach which only takes 10-15 minutes. This is a great base for exploring the mazing North Norfolk coast and is a walkers and dog owners paradise. Not to mention the great pubs and restaurants all within easy driving distance but once again the Ship next door is as good as any with great food and service if you don't want to drive. Victoria was very helpful and accommodating and always responded fast to any questions. We would highly recommend Duffields Cottage and hope to return soon.

Duffields Cottage is in a great location to explore North Norfolk. The Ship Inn is fantastic for food and drinks, the staff were really friendly too. The beach is great for a long walk as is the coastline in the neighbouring villages and towns. We stayed out of season and it was relaxing and quiet. The property needs some sprucing up here and there but overall it was great

Clean and tidy upon arrival after some great communication with Victoria. Lovely log burner made for a great winter weekend!

Lovely cottage. Easy to find, it was spacious and had everything you needed. Located 1/2 mile from the beach, which was great for dog walks. Then delicious supper and lunch at The Ship Hotel next door. We had a great time exploring Norfolk for the first time and will visit again!
