This house was perfect for our occasion, a national convention in downtown Provo. We had 8 guests and everyone had a good bed to sleep in comfortably. When we had the time to chill, we enjoyed the outdoor area as well. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay and would definitely choose Carole’s again. Beautifully decorated and maintained. Plenty of space for our group of 14 with two living areas, large kitchen and 5 bedrooms. The teens loved the room with bunk beds, gaming system and air hockey table in the downstairs living room. Beds were comfortable and we didn’t have problems with hot water. Location was great for going between Provo and Orem. Having the home set back off the main road was nice and kept things quiet. Walking in the neighborhood to the west of the home was nice and safe.

We booked this location for our group of college friends to have a fun bridal shower. With family members and friends visiting from far away, having the sleepover option for some attendees was perfect. The home was perfectly clean, had a great entertaining space and plenty of seating for games and conversation. The location was ideal as most attendees were local university students, so it was easy to get to and close to businesses we used to bring in food for the occasion. We remarked what a great place it would be for a family reunion or other family gathering. Carole was very helpful and on top of ensuring our needs were met for our short stay. Would definitely stay again with a larger group!

Carole's place was great as was she. The house is very large and has tons of rooms and games for the kids. Just a few small easily correctable issues kept it from getting 5 starts across the board. The front yard is small and shares a property line with what seems to be apartments. There is an older broken down RV, trailer, and laundry lines plainly visible from the living room/dining area windows. The backyard had some weeds in the corners that the dogs kept trying to eat. The kid's playground stuff needs to be maintained and possibly moved as it is under power lines, next to power boxes, and in general is not well kept. Had those small items been addressed prior to our arrival the place would have gotten 5 stars without a doubt. The only other small critique would be not enough trash cans, or recycling containers. The house itself is very well kept and in a great central location. Carole was very nice. If those small items were addressed we would definetley return.

Carole’s place was perfect for our family reunion. Plenty of comfy beds, awesome basement game room for the kids, enough kitchen seating for everyone. I was lucky to meet Carole and she’s super nice, helpful and communicative. 5 stars!!!!
