This ground floor condo was steps from the first of four pools on the property. There is a small dock for water access. It is adjacent to a public beach, it was great most of the time it wasn't too busy, but got busier late afternoons, on weekends and holidays. Even then there was always room to get into the water. The compound was pretty quiet most of the time we were in there, used the pool everyday, mostly just my wife and I.

I arrived quite early with two suitcases. Was hopeful I could just wait somewhere nearby. When I arrived Andrea was on site and showed me a comfortable place, out of the sun and by the pool where I could sit and wait. She arranged quickly to clean the condo from previous guests. She offered me something to drink while I waited. I wasn’t expecting to get the condo before check in time. Which meant another 3+ hours of potential waiting. Which I was prepared to do. Andrea rushed and was able to get me in very quickly. Even with the rushing the condo was immaculately clean. When a host pulls out all the stops for their guests it tells you they care. The place is quiet, clean, owners of the other condos I met were friendly, view is great and after getting to know the area I actually enjoyed my stay. Down load the Uber app if you’re looking to get around. Close to ferry terminal if you want to go to Isla Mujeres, malls, restaurants and other places.

Andreas place was great. Great restaurants nearby and very cozy beds. All the needed amenities were there and I live that shampoo and conditioner are provided. The pool was super fun too!

Great floor level apartment in a quiet area away from the hotel and tourism zone. Ten minute walk to the Ultramar ferry for a day trip to Isla Majeres (highly recommend). Airbnb was just as pictured and exactly what we wanted to be able to relax by the pool. Host Andrea was helpful in arranging airport pickup on arrival and giving great restaurant recommendations. Very firm mattress (compared to what we’re used to) but that’s our only feedback, everything else was amazing about this stay.
