We enjoyed staying with Mel a lot. She is a very open and friendly person. The apartment was perfect. Very clean and with great extras. We would highly recommend staying with her.

We were amazed with the guestroom size: I don't think the photos describe it well. The location is great: very close to the visitor centre and within walkable distance to the town centre. The only downside is the neighbours (pretty noisy) although this is something you can't control in a motel.

Mel was excellent. We had an afternoon tour booked and were tight for time. On arrival we told her this and she helped us to drop our bags and gave us the key in record time. We made our tour with 5 mins to spare. We were also able to leave our bags for an extra day at no extra charge whilst we did an overnight boat cruise. Very happy with everything.
