这是我第一次出行住民宿，非常完美！房东Kevin准时，非常耐心的带着我们看了房间，屋顶泳池和出后门便是的海滩。屋内装修很现代，设施齐全。马路对面就是全年无休的一个大超市，这在法国非常难得。

Enjoyed a quick stay at Kevin's - peaceful apartment/condo that faces an interior green space / garden. The building is right on the sea, you walk out to the promenade and the walking/biking path, great way to start the morning. The place was very tidy and comfortable and Kevin kindly met up to explain the space and gave a few recommendations (he was flexible on timing which was helpful). I usually prefer places with self-check / lock box but this experience was super smooth. The place features a very roomy terrace with places to enjoy a breakfast or a beer, as well as some loungers to relax and read. For exploration, I found Uber to be the easiest options and had no trouble finding one late at night (~20min ride to either Nice/Antibes) Didn't get to swim in the sea as it was a bit too chilly still, but the beachfront looks like a friendly place for a dip and there was both some places for activities (sailing) further down the promenade as well as spots to grab breakfast with a view.

Kevin was a very responsive and accommodating host. Place was clean and close to the beach. We definitely recommend staying here.

Our family spent 5 nights at Kevin’s condo. Our welcome was warm and very helpful. The unit is beautiful, modern and squeaky clean. The kitchen is well appointed and there is plenty of space to comfortably settle in if you’re staying mid to long term. The weather did not offer warm enough weather to enjoy the rooftop infinity pool with ocean views but we spent time poolside to enjoy the beautiful views. The property is beachside with a seawall that allows you to walk, jog or cycle seaside for miles. We appreciated the secure parking and easy access to local shops. We would highly recommend Kevin as a host. He is absolutely lovely!
