New listing! Come and enjoy the unique magic of Cape Cod in this beautiful, spacious 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath home. Located at the end of a dead-end road close to Wellfleet's best beaches, biking and hiking trails, art galleries/restaurants, this home sleeps 10 with 4 bedrooms in the main house and a 5th in the adjacent guest house. The property also has a basement entertainment area, two outdoor showers, a deck with bbq for outdoor dining and ample parking. Newly installed AC mini-splits throughout. Each room in this beautiful home is decorated with it own unique aesthetic and is filled with the work of local photographers and artists. The house has four bedrooms with two king beds on the second floor and a queen and two twins on the first floor. Bathrooms with showers are located on the first floor and basement while the second floor has a half bath. All rooms offer plenty of storage and a work space. The basement entertainment area offers comfortable seating and a large-screen tv for movie or game nights. The basement also has an additional sleeping area. The guest house adjacent to the main house has its own private entrance. It has a main floor with open floor plan kitchenette/living room/dining room and full bathroom. Second floor bedroom (accessed by stairs) has a king bed and is spacious enough for yoga/meditation.

We really enjoyed the property with our adult children and a few of their friends. Great bedrooms, and nice decor throughout. We arrived on a hot summer day and walked into well-ventilated and cool rooms. Very quiet area. The kitchens had a lot of little appliances, convenience items and pantry items that not all Airbnb owners provide. The bed linens were very nice. Everyone slept nicely! This was a little bit of a splurge for us, but the quality of the property and proximity to Wellfleet and its charms as well as great beaches were worth it to us. On how easy it was to find - 2 cars from our party were led astray by using Waze to find the house, being led down the same wrong path on the wrong side of Route 6. Not Jen's fault at all. Use Apple Maps and you'll find it just fine.
We had a sizable blended family consisting of adults, young adults, teenagers, and a small child. The set-up with one main house and a lovey, private guest house was ideal. The physical surroundings were very homey, extremely practical, and private. Jen was very friendly and responsive anytime we had a question but most of our needs were anticipated in the thoughtful accommodations.

We're the last house on a dead-end street less than one mile from Wellfleet's town center and within a few miles of Marconi Beach, Le Count's Hollow Beach, Mayo Beach, Newcomb Hollow Beach, White Crest Beach, Cahoon Hollow Beach and a variety of ponds. Other nearby attractions are the W.H.A.T. theater, Uncle Tim's Bridge, art galleries, Wellfleet harbor and restaurants and the bike trail. Nearby is our favorite French bakery, P.B. Boulangerie (delicious coffee, croissants etc.), Mac's Seafood and PJ's ((best seafood in town) and Wellfleet's general store, Wellfleet Marketplace.
The property has two driveways and ample parking. While there is a local bus, we recommend having a car to access all that the Cape has to offer.
