Your ultimate getaway— our stylish villa is perfect for groups with a central location, outdoor activities and luxury pool and spa. This beautiful & spacious home is perfect for your ideal getaway! It sleeps 10 comfortably spread out throughout 3 bedrooms and two large living rooms. THE KITCHEN & OUTDOOR BBQ AREA The kitchen is fully equipped for all of your cooking & baking needs. Just outside the dining room is a large pool, outdoor dining table, kegerator, bbq, and hot tub for those cooler nights. THE SURROUNDING AREA Make your stay in Redding even more memorable with access to walking trails and the Sacramento River just a short walk away. Boat ramp walking distance and easy access for rafting, kayaking, and fly fishing. The river behind the house is a prime location for fly fishing and people travel from all over the US and world to fish this specific area. We can even help set up private fly fishing boat trips for a discounted price. HOUSE RULES Parking on the street is not allowed in Redding for Airbnb guests, so please park in the driveway. Quiet time is from 10pm- 7am Also please NO raising or lowering the blinds as they are temperamental especially on the very large picture windows. Especially in the dining room and living room. Opening or shutting them to adjust brightness or darkness in the bedrooms is the best bet.

Our family was so comfortable and the 5 days we spent here were such a treat. The kids LOVED the pool and all the family activities around the house. The games were a hit!
This was the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at! The house was stunning and so clean. We spent most of our time outside and in the pool. There was sun screen and pool towels easily available for us to use. The home was so inviting we only left a few times to try some of the local restaurants that were listed in the guidebook. If you are on the fence about booking, don't be. Sara's home is perfect for any occasion. I absolutely can't wait to book again!
Had a great weekend get away at Sara's! The pool was private and very nice to hang out in. The house was clean and comfortable. Would def come back and stay again! Sara was very responsive and really easy to work with.
The house was very comfortable, clean, and had all kinds of amenities. Was very hot during our stay but the house was a great place to relax after spending time exploring. Close to things you might want/need (groceries, etc). Highly recommend!
