This is a beautiful home in a beautiful setting overlooking Redding. It is peaceful and also so enjoyable with the pool and spa. A bonus is watching the train come by on the trestle bridge. The home had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. We hope to return!

Trygge omgivelser, stort hus, vakker utsikt, ryddig, godt utstyrt hus, raske svar fra huseier med mere. Huset er flottere enn bildene viser. Ungdommene våre elsket plassen og gjestene(som bor i byen) var imponert over hvor vakker byen Redding kan være! Her anbefaler vi alle å leie. Vi kommer gjerne igjen🤩

Feel right at home. Love the place, this is the reason why AirbnB makes traveling so comfortable and enjoyable rather than cramping yourself and family in a hotel suites. Very nice and clean. Most of all to me. David’s home got a Million-Dollar-View from the backyard. Will definitely be back. Strongly recommended. Thank You.

Dave's generosity and attention to detail made our time there truly unforgettable. Dave responded promptly to our queries. His willingness to assist us with anything we needed did not go unnoticed. We are truly grateful for his efforts. Dave is an exceptional host, not only a gracious one but also genuinely caring and considerate. Dave warmth and hospitality made us feel welcome and valued, and for that, we are truly thankful. Dave's home is beautiful. This is our second time booking with Kingsview. We will continue to book with Dave anytime we are visiting. I highly recommend staying at Kingsview if you want to make beautiful memories.

It was a great place. A bit more of a party house than the picture showed for a beat up dirt biker like me but everything was great
