great place to stay, quiet cul de sac, very clean and tidy

Property was clean and tidy. It was compact which is what we wanted.

The property was absolutely filthy with dog poo all over the garden, up the walls and on the patio. The patio was so dirty it was slippy and dangerous. The bathroom was so dirty and the equipment was rusty and dirty. The house had fleas. We had no hot water until the second evening. There was no thermostat. It took 7 days for the patio to be made safe and i had to stsy in for 4 days to let the cleaners in to sort various problems out and even then not everything was fixed. The host refused to compensate for any of the issues despite extensive photo evidence. I had to go through air B&B support resolution service. The property is nothing like the photo's in the advertisement.
