Ryan's property is a true gem. Every detail of the place is meticulously planned out, offering a variety of activities and top-notch amenities complemented by breathtaking views. The basketball court was a standout feature, and there were numerous spots to unwind throughout the property. Our entire family was happy and we'd love to return in the future!

What a great place. The pictures and advertisement are exactly what the cottage is. We loved the hot tub and sauna by the fire pit. We will definitely be coming back.

Location of this cottage and the property itself are both absolutely spectacular. Incredible vistas of the Severn River and views you’ve always dreamt of. So beautiful! Wonderful landscaping. So cool! Interior of the house is gorgeous and thoughtfully designed. Upscale finishes and so many special touches in every room. Water taxi access to this cottage was fun. We rented a boat for a few days during our stay to explore the Severn River, and that was awesome. Hoping that Ryan and Marcos would welcome us back again. Thank you, gentlemen, for creating the highlight of our summer with your incredible cottage!

Beautiful and spacious cottage. The layout, amenities, and extras were very thoughtful. Comfortable beds and good quality linens and towels. Marcos and Ryan provided everything you’d need for a relaxing stay. We would definitely book again.
