If you do not have high standards where you stay, this place will suit your needs. There was no explanation as to how to use the code for the front door. That took some time. The place has space for a small two seat table and chair to have somewhere to eat. There is no place to sit and eat. There is a sofa which was one of my guest's bed for the stay. There was only one very small trash can in the bathroom ONLY with NO extra trash bags. It was only enough space for used paper towels. I purchased an extra trash can for the room. There was no place to hang your towels or wash rags. I went and purchased one and was kind enough to leave it for future guests. The shower had stains and hair on the walls (Gross). I also purchased a shower mat to stand on because it didn't seem clean. I threw it out once we left. The shower curtain needs to be changed. It was dirty and smelled. This place needs a little more TLC but for the price one can not expect too much. Mindy seemed sweet and responsive.

Very good recent renovation, almost everything was great. The only problem that we had was that the wifi was very spotty, and would cut out fairly often. Other than that, everything was perfect.
