easy to find if you have read the reviews. look for snappers restaurant it’s literally right across the street tucked away between a yummy Argentinian restaurant/delicious Gelato shop and a coffee shop/garden restaurant…all 4 wonderful places to eat :) upon entry, you will find beautiful artwork, a serene, peaceful environment with a beautiful pool. The lobby is usually empty however, there is a # to call Alex the hotel manager. Alex is extremely responsive and very friendly. The hotel room was clean and smelled nice. Everything was easy to access and very understandable we had everything we needed, and when we wanted a few more pillows, Alex was happy to bring them to us. This is a boutique hotel, which means some luxuries that you would have at a big brand hotels are not there, & water pressure is a little lower but totally manageable my whole family had no issues at all. We loved that there was a big jug of water for our family. overall a wonderful place 1/2 block from N beach

This unit is the "Presidential Suite" at Hotel Paradise Suites Hotel. The staff, especially Alex, were extremely responsive and helpful. Unfortunately, they are working with a degraded property. The unit itself is nicely designed but in much need of maintenance. Towels were frayed and threadbare. Fixtures were falling apart. AC was unreliable. Mixer valve in the master shower did not mix hot and cold water--it initially was only cold, then after "repair" was only hot. Smoke detector was missing. Units are located in a courtyard nicely separated from the street. Other business on the street back up to the courtyard, and they use the hotel grounds as a literal dump (overcrowding on Isla Mujeres has led to waste removal problems). The bedroom of this unit looks out on piles of full trash bags, discarded furniture, yard waste and other junk including broken glass unsafe for kids. What maybe once was a peaceful oasis is now, sadly like the rest of Isla Mujeres, trashed and far overpriced.

We enjoyed our stay. The location was great. We arrived on Super Bowl Sunday and wanting to watch the game, across the street was Snappers. They had TVs everywhere, good food and drinks. A block and half to the beach, next door a great coffee shop and a cafe. The complex was hard to understand on the website. It is a compound with rooms and a couple of villas. Situated in a busy area with a lot of noise but the complex is a nice retreat. The suite we stayed in was aged but maintained. Cleaning staff does a great job. Pool well set up, very clean and enjoyable.
