We loved the location of this rental. When we got there it was a relief to walk into a cute very clean home! Everything we needed was there, best part location and just how clean and comfortable the home was. The walking distance to the beach was very reasonable. We went out to dinner every night and never had to drive more than 15 minutes to the restaurants we chose. The grocery store is only about 8 minutes from the home and a very easy drive. We had an issue with the internet going out and as annoying and inconvenient as it was for our family Karen was amazing she did all that she could at no fault of her own. We highly recommend this home or any home that Karen has for rent!!

The place was great. It was very clean and well maintained, very easy to walk to the beach, and it was nice to have a restaurant so close. Karen was extremely responsive, friendly, and accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

I love staying at Karen’s Bethany Beach locations! This is my second time staying at with my children, mom, and sister. We absolutely LOVE it. It’s the perfect place to enjoy your family with easy beach access, everything you need in a home, and it is close to so many things.

We loved our stay at Nida. The place was spotless and everything as described in the listing. The location was great, steps away from the beach and in a quiet neighborhood. Karen was quickly responsive and helpful. We’d love to book again!
