This house was absolutely beautiful. I took my other half there for his birthday so he can fish. It rained most of the time but we got some much rest and relaxation. We will be visit again. John was very responsive when I messaged him. I absolutely have zero complaints

We were looking for a home to retreat to while maintenance was occurring in our home and John’s house fit our needs. There was plenty of space to relax in with a well equipped kitchen, dining area, and spacious bedrooms with TV. The three bathrooms were modern with appropriate toiletries. I especially liked the gas grill which was used for two evening meals. John was especially attentive to our needs because we were near the collapsed Key bridge & called to see if we needed anything. We definitely look forward to staying at John’s in the future

We can’t wait to come back and stay! It was a lovely house on the water, with a fire pit, sitting area, dock and more! It was a peaceful place to bird watch and enjoy your surroundings, yet It was central explore DC, Annapolis, and Baltimore.

House was very comfortable and peaceful. Good size bedrooms, each with a large tv. Clean linens. Slept well. Fairly clean and well appointed kitchen. The 3 bathrooms were beautifully remodeled and clean. Many outdoor amenities but did not get to use because of cold winter weather. Pretty water views from inside! We enjoyed our stay. John was a wonderful host!

We had a pleasant experience during our stay at John’s house. We were particularly impressed with John's prompt responses. His clear communication made check-in incredibly smooth. The cleanliness of the space was outstanding. The property was well-maintained. The house is on the waterfront at the bayside. We had a lot of fun canoeing in the bay. We felt safe throughout our stay. When we requested an extra blanket, John promptly provided us with what we needed. An exceptional highlight of our stay was John's quick response to our request for extra slippers. John's proactively reached out to check on us during our stay. During our stay, we encountered a partial internet failure, but John's prompt response and swift action to address the issue were truly commendable. Every Sunday, John moved the trash bins to the roadside for collection and ensured they were back in place afterward. In summary, our stay was a delightful experience. We highly recommend this property.
