Respectfully, I understand why this was the cheapest option of Airbnb’s in the area. Mindy as a host was nice, responsive, and accommodating, and the space was clean when we arrived and we had a great time in Ocean City. However, this is a rebranded motel for the purpose of Airbnb use. The room leads directly outside, so if weather isn’t in your favor it can get uncomfortable. Flies were an issue, (maybe because it was summer) but they were at the pool and around the outside of the room so I had to be voligeant to make sure they didn’t enter the room (and some did anyway). Luis the custodian was very nice and accommodating and made our stay a bit easier. Overall I would say if you’re looking for something quiet and cheap I would go to this place, otherwise I would invest in getting something a bit more luxurious.

Cute, clean room. Great location close to restaurants and stores but away from all the boardwalk traffic. A quick ride over the bridge and you are at beach and boardwalk. If you plan to hang any clothes bring a few hangers.

This place is a motel. You over pay a nightly rate when booking through AirBNB. Although this place seems close to the beach, It’s along the highway and definitely not a safe walk to the beach. Do your research and you can stay on the beach for a better rate. Also note, 2 night minimum. Do not try to add another day to your trip, you will get ripped off. You can also find better rates by booking through the motels website directly. Upon realizing this, the host did not honor the difference. Also, do NOT plan on using this kitchen It’s beyond gross!

Good place, good live music on Saturdays, and the host is quick to reply to any communication.
