This was the second time I stayed at the place. The host, the apartment and the whole service didn't disappoint. It is a very pleasant experience indeed.

Ernesto is an amazing host. Very responsibe and proactive. He always has options and alternatives for everything. Anything planned with him, was excuted in time and exactly as scheduled. He takes care of describing accurately and remind with enough time. Flawless experience indeed. The apartment is a wonderfully decorated place with a very at-home vibe. Spectacular views of Havana Bay and Morro lighthouse with just the right amount of wind and sun light at any time. I highly recommend the breakfast. Yamilka is a very sweet person and an outstanding housekeeper, she sure knows how to cook and have a nice talk. This is an 11 out of 10 experience.

L’appartamento è’ spazioso e in ottima posizione . Purtroppo e’ praticamente impossibile stare in casa vista la puzza di fogna stagnante che deriva dal bagno… direi quasi tossica. Sono anni che vengo all’havana e mai ho trovato un odore del genere. Tengo a precisare che visti i costi sostenuti 100€ al giorno … che per l’habava oggi e’ moltissimo non si può avere un disservizio del genere. Ho avvisato la proprietaria del problema … lei mi ha spiegato l’accaduto adducendo un problema di marea e venti . Sono un host anche io e questo e’ il tipico problema di sfiato che manca… essendo all’ultimo piano … l’odore rimane in casa. Detto questo l’alloggio e’ bello e confortevole. Ernesto non esiste …essendo un co-host che vive in Spagna e aiuta la proprietaria Reina per le traduzioni. Reina e’ disponibile e gentile … ma tenta sempre di farti pagare servizi che sono compresi tipo le pulizie … le bottiglie di acqua da mezzo litro in frigo costano un euro l’una!!!! Una follia a Cuba.

Ernesto, Reina and Yamica were wonderful hosts. I wish our Spanish skills were better for some of our communication but we figured it out regardless. The location is amazing with the views and walkable area to the old habana sites. Ernesto was fantastic at helping book us transportation and tours. Loved all of them. Also the breakfast on the balcony each morning is a treat. Recommend adding on that option!

We had an amazing stay at Rayna's beautiful place. It has probably, one of the best possible views of the mouth of Havana Harbor, not to mention the view of the two castles, Salvador De La Punta and Tres Reyes Del Morro. Walk to Old Havana in minutes..... The furnishings are real antique pieces that fit the magnificent ambience that Reyna's trying to capture. We loved and appreciated the updated and more modern bathroom though. The bathroom felt like you went from antique to modern comfort in a second..... Very cold air conditioning as well. We had the breakfast every morning. Absolutely delicious. Helped fuel us for the long walking days. Some of the best Mango juice we have ever had for sure! Fruit, bread, eggs and coffee were readily at our fingertips each morning, with our final breakfast on the patio deck when the wind calmed down. The cook we had each morning preparing things was an absolute delight and attended to every little detail possible. She was a true Gem!!
