As advertised! No frills, but that’s what we needed! The bed with black sheets was super comfortable though! I had a great nights sleep! We enjoyed the stay and the affordable price!

This place is clean, and located walkable to downtown. We walked to a local bar and enjoyed ourselves. The beds were comfortable, and it was a great deal for the price. We were going to Copper Falls State Park, which was about a 1/2 hour drive. The kitchen was well appointed. We enjoyed our short stay. There was wildlife passing through frequently.

We stayed at this location because it got us close to our family who was staying at Copper Falls State Park. We didn't stay in the house much but the bed was comfortable and all of our basic needs were met (stocked kitchen to make breakfast.).
