Come relax at this peaceful and centrally-located home. Sit on the deck and enjoy beautiful views of the lake and the mountains. Hang out at the house and enjoy the peaceful and quiet atmosphere. Enjoy the family room and play games, or sit with each other by the fireplace. This is the perfect place to rest. Be in the city without feeling it while at home. This house is a walk-out basement design (one main level in the front and stairs going downstairs to a walk-out level so 2 stories in the back). One bedroom on the main level with a queen size bed. Two bedrooms downstairs each with 2 twin size beds (one bedroom could be converted to a king size bed if requested). An air mattress is available upon request for a 7th guest if needed. One full bath on the main level with walk-in shower and single sink. One full bath downstairs with tub/shower combo and double sinks.

This is the perfect combination of scenery and convenience. It is overlooking a lake so you look out the window to trees snow birds and even moose! But it’s 15 minutes to the Anchorage museum and many activities and restaurants. The set up of the house is great if traveling with kids because they can play downstairs watch movies play ping pong checkers tic tac toe and even slot machines while adults can chit chat while enjoying the view! Although the adults played downstairs too a lot! Highly recommend. Marianne was so accommodating and responsive when I messaged her.
We enjoyed our stay. Over looking the lake and mountains were breathtaking and the kitchen was well stocked and easy to use. We wished we could stay longer!

This is a quiet residential neighborhood but centrally located. We are minutes from the airport, 15mn to downtown and 10mn from many stores on Dimond Blvd. You are in the city with all the amenities, also close to Kincaid Park with loads of trails.
There are 2 groceries stores within 5mn drive and several parks with playground (including one within walking distance).
You can also find a gas station, a bowling alley, a mall and many restaurants within 10mn drive. Very convenient location.
Driveway can accommodate 2 vehicles. There is a 3rd separate off-street parking space.
