I am a mature visual artist student with a degree in Law that lives in the heart of Waterford city. This apartment has been my home since 2017 and I have put my heart and soul in it. I am renting out my bedroom in order to support myself through college. I am away from it most of the day. If you are happy to share the space with me I will be only requiring to have my private time in between 8 pm until 7 am when I will be resting on the living room sofa bed. Hope you enjoy your stay! You will have a private en-suite bathroom. I won’t be entering the bedroom while you are my guests but some of my belongings will be in one of the wardrobe units in the living room. You can use the kitchen and living room freely from 7 am until 8 pm. You have a separate entrance to your bedroom so if you want to go out at night you should not be worried about disturbing me.

Perfect spot to access all the wonderful sites of Waterford!! Ancuta‘s place was better than described! The condo was spotless! Such a convenient and easy walk into Waterford! We would highly recommend her place, it was fabulous!
