Alec's place was perfect for what we needed, really comfortable bed and great to have the ensuite! You can tell it's a home and lived in but Alec was really welcoming and made us feel very comfortable. I'd recommend Alec's place!

Alec was a great host and we were made to feel really at home.He couldn't have been more accommodating and helpful,nothing was too much for him. The stay at his home fitted perfectly with our attendance at the Beardy Folk Festival just down the road. It was a lovely weekend. Thanks.

Alec was very welcoming and friendly, I felt very comfortable in the house and like a welcome guest. The price was very reasonable and the location was ideal for me. The room was a good size, and it was great to have an en suite bathroom. The village is gorgeous, as is the surrounding countryside, with plenty of amenities within walking distance (including a Co-op and a cafe that did a decent breakfast).

Alec made us feel very welcome and was very accommodating. He even made time to do some thoughtful touches despite us booking super last minute! Great room, great price and a great host!
