Rowe villa was built by our beloved parents and where my siblings and I have spent the last 15 years visiting from the United Kingdom - it has been our home away from home. ​ This is a very much loved house, in an awesome community where we have nurtured and maintained great friends . This villa is placed in a superb location, it is warm, welcoming and has a relaxed feel to it. There will be days where you'd want to just stay in and absorb ​its charisma and all that it offers. Rowe Villa is a spacious 3 bedroomed bungalow set in a quiet, safe, and relaxed part of Mayhill. The holiday home is located close to the town center, Junction, and a short drive to Lovers Leap, Treasure Beach, and YS Falls. The Villa is safe and secure with both entry gate and garage doors electronically operated. You'll have full use of the garage if needed. The villa includes 3 comfortable bedrooms, one of them including its own ensuite. Our villa offers other convenient features such as dressing table, built in wardrobe and tv. All the rooms are furnished with chest of drawers and plenty storage space for clothing. The living room includes a sofa bed, Television offering satellite, Netflix, and Amazon prime. There are two bathrooms overall (one ensuite), a spacious dining room which seats 6 and a well-Stocked kitchen alongside the utility room. The Villa’s kitchen is catered with all the utensils you'd need or there is an option to have your own personal chef to have an authentic Jamaican cuisine experience in the villa. Not to forget there are BBQ utensils to have the perfect outdoor cooking experience too. Rowe Villa is full of character with peaceful front and rear verandas to take in the beautiful views. Our greatest attribute has to be the landscaped garden with newly built private pool. There are plenty of space to relax including comfy sleek outdoor seating furniture with umbrella & sun loungers. We are in the process of building an outdoor bathroom installation with plans for a gazebo. Personal Driver We can provide a driver to use at your disposal to pick you up and drop you off at the airport and will also be available for excursions. Chef on request We also offer a meal on arrival and an available cook should you require one. You have the option to do your own shopping or use the local host who can pick up your requirements.
