We loved our stay at Oscar’s place in San Juan! We had a group of 6, and it was perfectly spacious for us. Everything was spotless and comfortable, with great amenities especially in the kitchen. It is a 5ish minute walk to the beach, and you can walk to a lot of other stores and restaurants in the area within 10-20 minutes. I’ve stayed in San Juan two other times before and this was by far the best place I’ve stayed! It’s a gated community to it felt very safe (although most areas did anyways) but it did make it a bit tricky if the group wanted to split up (only one set of keys). We made it work no problem. I would highly recommend considering staying here!

My friends and I had a great time at Oscars place. There was more than enough space for our group of 4. The home had everything we needed and the kitchen was well stocked for nights spent cooking in. We ended up renting a car and found it convenient to get around. Anytime I messaged Oscar he responded very quickly and I appreciated how accommodating he was when we needed to check in early as our flight landed at 5am. I would definitely recommend Oscars place.

Oscar was super responsive when we had a problem (which was completely unrelated to his AirBnB) and even checked in with us the next day to see if everything was ok. The place was clean and stocked up with soap/shampoo and bottled water. It is a short walk to a beautiful beach and has stores and restaurants nearby.

Oscar was a great host very helpful and accommodating, the rental was spacious clean and in a great location! The residential area was secure access to the beach was super close pretty much everything you would need is less than a 10 min drive away. Highly recommend
