This house and the decor inside is gorgeous and very accommodating for a large group. We had a party of 8 adults, 1 toddler and 2 small dogs and the home had plenty of space for every one of us. Even though the home is “pet friendly”, you would never know animals were in the home, smelled clean and fresh! The deck in the yard had a beautiful netted gazebo with nice furniture surrounded by lights where you can sit at and not be pestered by bugs. There was ample tables and lounge chairs in the yard as well. Our group enjoyed the “added bonus” of the games they provided. We played lots of cornhole and family games and our toddler enjoyed the variety of balls. The beach was very nice and not overcrowded at all. Brett was an awesome host and immediately responded to any question I had and also quick to give personal recommendations when I had asked. Overall, I would give this home and host a 5+ rating and I hope that there will be availability at his home for our stay next year!!

Great size home, perfect amount of bathrooms, comfy & clean living room furniture. Lounge chairs & patio furniture were great as well as the fenced in yard. Beach and splash pad passes were appreciated especially for our Littles. Close proximity to the beach.

We had a wonderful week. The location was excellent for families. The comfortable fenced in yard and amenities made for family fun. There were a few concerns that needed attention before we arrived however they didn’t interfere with our overall experience of vacation. Thank you Brett for sharing your home.

This was a great home for a extended family vacation. We had 8 adults and 3 kids and there was plenty of space for everyone. The community beach and splash pad was a huge hit and the provided beach chairs came in handy. Nice backyard and patio for grilling out and lounging. Boardwalk and beaches are short drive away.

Beautiful home, nice deck & backyard area, family friendly. Walkable to fishing spots. Easy to cook in kitchen & BBQ grill. Would recommend having a small book or manual with all the instructions & house info, such as the router is plugged in upstairs, what the splash passes are for, garbage instructions, & other local info. House was tidy & well decorated but not fully clean on arrival. Comforters on beds and blankets & towels were musty smelling & had to be rewashed, master room bathtub had ants coming out of jets when turned on which was alarming for the person staying in that room after climbing into the tub and anticipating a relaxing soak. No garbage cans in bathrooms, hair in showers & behind toilets upon arrival & grease on stove & kitchen cabinets. Dishes not fully clean, dishwasher full of bubbles. Mini AC upstairs full of mold. Having beach towels available would be helpful. But overall great home & experience , just needs a new cleaning service between renters.
