The villa has 10 bedrooms and is suitable for larger groups to enjoy with outside bar area (beer kegs can be provided), outside kitchen, BBQ, table tennis, pool table & jacuzzi. This private villa is situated on a plot of 2,000 sq mts & build size of 600 mts, a few minutes away from Puerto Banús or Marbella centre. The villa consists of 10 double bedrooms – 2 of the bedrooms sleep 3 or 4 – making a total of 22 potential guests at any one time. It has 6 bathrooms, 4 of which are ensuite (Two with a shower, and 4 with baths and shower). This villa has a large interior lounge area and a 2nd lounge area on the covered terrace. The large landscaped garden has a further 2 uncovered terraces, one around the pool and another outside the kitchen which has a sundeck and a table tennis table.
