Lovely converted Stable, spacious, clean and comfortable. New for 2022 Situated in our working farm with tearooms. Room only. Not B&B Bed linen and towels provided. Bring own beach towels. Hospitality tray with Kettle, tea & coffee Toilets and shower just a short walk. (Shared with other guests) Short walk away from the village shop, beach , church and pub.Pig on the Beach. Close to local wedding venues and church Perfect place for walking and exploring the Jurassic coast As in photo’s and description. Short walk to toilets. (Less than 30 seconds) Always happy to answer any questions, Just message me. Please note mobile signal can be poor in the area. The Stable does not have Wi-Fi in the room. If needed you can access Wi-Fi from tearooms or house.

Het was eencfijn en aangenaam verblijf. Julie was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ondanks dat er geen ontbijt werd geserveerd heeft ze ons toch twee toast met marmelade bezorgd. Verwacht geen grote luxe, maar de basics waren in orde. Er is een douche en toilet maar buiten de kamer, daar moet je rekening mee houden. De ligging is perfect om Old Harry Rocks te bezoeken!

Lovely place
The stable was very clean and quiet, the bed very comfortable. Julie was very kind and great at communicating. Important to note the toilets are a short walk in one direction, and the shower in another. There is very little mobile data in the area of the farm, very little phone signal and WiFi only if connected to the tea rooms at this farm.

The no 50 bus Bournemouth to Swanage runs through the village, 10 minutes from the bus stop,

I have grew up in Swanage and have been in Studland for over 20 years with my husband. We have 3 children , dog, cats , chickens & ducks. We farm about 900 acres , mixture of beef cattle, sheep and Arable. Also a farm Tearooms open from Easter to Mid October.
