Located along a private road on the edge of town, the property has a handy entrance porch at the front. Step inside and the hallway leads into a sleek kitchen with a sociable breakfast bar, plus a TV to keep chefs and their companions entertained. For more formal dining and a bigger-group gathering, the roomy lounge/diner is the hub of the home. A Smart TV provides post-prandial entertainment; throw open the patio doors and with just a few steps you’ll reach a separate sun room, where there’s additional seating for those who want to enjoy some quiet time. Back inside, another door off the entrance hall leads to a double bedroom complete with an en-suite bathroom and its own TV. Three more bedrooms are upstairs.
