Location is perfect. Size of the accommodation is very good. Very peaceful place to stay. The entire home needs updating, decorating and a deep clean. The beds and mattresses are past their best. The bedding smelt musty. There was a constant drain smell in the bathroom and the kitchen sink and the kitchen tap made a terrible noise intermittently. I did report this. It may seem like a minor complaint but hand soap in each bathroom and at the kitchen sink would have been useful. One of the house rules that I didn’t agree with was stripping the beds and putting everything in a laundry bag. In doing that it made us realise how dirty the mattresses were.

Spacious cabin with nice views to the open land. The outdoor bath was a hit on a rainy day.

Great accommodation and I would recommended. Stayed two nights in July last minute as too wet for camping. great value for money as very spacious yet cosy feeling (would be cute around Christmas). The hot tub made a difference as we had cooler weather and the location was great, really quick and easy drive to Swanage town and beach.

Booked a wooden log cabin as we wanted, but were put into a cottage which was older and had a noticeable smell, there was also lots of dust and dirt in the bathrooms. The hot tub also had a layer of scum around the edges as this was not cleaned which we had to do. We requested some soap from the reception as there was not any in any of the bathrooms & were told that this would be brought over, we stayed for 4 days and nothing was provided.

Amazing peaceful place to stay! Host quick to respond and ready to solve issues/give instructions. It's a 25 min walk or 5 min drive to the beach. Hot tube was clean and ready to use, big TV and fireplace. The house is super warm and cozy.
