The lazy turtle was the perfect place to spend the weekend! The home is beautiful and well kept! The layout is perfect for activities whether that’s playing games or relaxing! The location is right on the beach it was only a short walk. I highly recommend staying here as the host was super responsive and helpful with any questions I had. Everyone had a great time!

The place is very close to the beach, so you don’t even really need the golf cart, but having it was great for carrying stuff to the beach and cruising around the neighborhood! Amazing hot tub! Plenty of communal space for hanging with family and friends(great outdoor space and big kitchen table) and then also multiple balconies to get away for some peace and quiet! Great location! Great place!

The Lazy Turtle was beautiful and clean. The kitchen was clean except for a dirty cookie sheet from the previous guests. The bathroom towels were small and thin and took forever to dry on their own. The description of toiletries was a bit deceiving. They give a “starter pack” of supplies, which means one of everything and a bit on the cheap side -especially the toilet paper and paper towels, so be prepared to bring your own. The closest full grocery store is 25 minutes away. The Dollar General is 10 minutes away and was nice to access things such as charcoal since the gas grill barely had any propane left before we used it, and the extra propane tank was empty. The beach was very accessible and not crowded since we were away from the touristy spots. The hot tub was an added bonus in addition to the golf cart and corn hole game. Allen and hosts were great with communication. We had a lovely time and would gladly return!
