We hebben genoten van ons verblijf op de boerderij. Fiona en Ian waren erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Rondleiding gehad over het landgoed. Het is er heerlijk rustig, uitzicht vanuit huis is erg mooi! Iedere ochtend verse sinaasappelsap (sinaasappels mochten we zelf plukken) en verse eieren. Zo ook verse olie die we konden proeven. Het huis voldeed aan onze verwachtingen. Wij hebben genoten van ons verblijf en de omgeving.

Such a beautiful location. The apartment was really lovely. It was wonderful going out and picking fresh oranges for juice. Fiona and Ian so friendly. Accommodation had everything that was needed and more. Had milk, fresh eggs and plenty of coffee pods when I arrived so I was happy. Bed was super comfortable. The wonderful bathroom had a freestanding bath and double doors looking out across the countryside. Slightly off the beaten track but accessible to roads and station really easy. I would thoroughly recommend

We had the most wonderful stay on Fiona and Ian's beautiful farm, and couldn't have found a better place for our family's 5 week trip in Portugal. Ian and Fiona are the perfect hosts, and showed us life on the farm, gave plenty of great recommendations and made us feel at home. Our kids loved getting to know the animals and exploring the farm. We all enjoyed the delicious oranges, lemons, jams and fresh eggs. We were fortunate to see all the cherry blossoms in bloom, and see the changes in the scenery during spring. Stunning! (and a perfect view from the stand alone bath in the bathroom). We hope to come back and highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a great experience in a beautiful part of the world. A very special place.

What an amazing Quinta! The location is perfect for exploring the Fundao/Castelo Branco region. The quinta is beautiful, warm, and welcoming. We enjoyed watching the geese, hens, and rooster roam around in the mornings, and the fresh eggs and homemade plum jam were delicious. Fiona and Ian are absolutely lovely and so helpful, and their home is beautiful and quiet! The selection of home grown olive oils was wonderful, and the quinta had everything we could have possibly needed, including hot water bottles to warm the bedsheets at night, which was so cozy in the wet, cold weather. And the beds were the most comfortable we experienced during our travels throughout Portugal! We would not hesitate to return to this fabulous quinta. Well done!

Accommodation was like home from home with all food prep equipment available. Great selection of books and LP vinyl records to listen and relax to. The place was lovely and comfortable with lots of special features in the apartment making it a great place to be if not wanting to go out and about. Ian and Fiona went beyond our expectations with their help and advice and are very good company. We loved every minute staying there and did not want to leave. Thank you so much Ian and Fiona for the opportunity to stay with you. We would love to return in the near future.
