Arthur's place was clean, well kempt, and a great spot to stay in Vancouver. There was a brita water pitcher, extra linens, a pretty balcony view, relaxing living space, good water pressure, and amazing walkability. We drove to further attractions, but could walk <15 minutes to almost anything we wanted to eat or explore. Friendly hosts, good amenities, and great location! The main reasons for the 4 instead of 5 is the lack of stocking in the cabinets/fridge, the effort needed to get/take the keys, and the city noises. Checking in and out requires parking or waiting in your car for someone to get/put the keys in a lockbox inside the building while parking is sparse. The city noises are to be expected, but we had to keep the window open to stay cool at night as there was no AC during our stay, though they mentioned they just haven't installed it for the season yet (April). Don't be food by the small negatives, I would absolutely stay here again. Thank you!

Great place to stay! Right in the center of the downtown with easy access to the airport and is close by to all the usual attractions you are supposed to do while in Vancouver. Highly recommend.

Arthur’s place was great and very convenient! It was super easy to walk to and from it! Flexible check-in was very helpful!

We were visiting our daughter in Vancouver and found this great apartment, extremely clean, great view from the balcony and access to the Center of Vancouver. We will hopefully get the chance to use this apartment in the future.
