Okay for the price but the shower water pressure in the shared bathroom was awful, multiple lightbulbs were missing, there's a motion activated light in the dining room that constantly turned off while we were at the dining table so one of us would have to raise our hands to turn it back on, the driveway is really steep and narrow so pulling into the garage was a task but doable (for your mirrors in) we wish there were amenities such as a pair of scissors lol but we managed. aside from those things the place wasn't bad but it was nothing to remember. seemed like a property that the owners haven't been to in a long time. Worth the money? Yes, if you're trying to save a buck
