Our Tamarron studio condo #232 is conveniently located near the resort amenities including golf course, heated pool, hot tub, and fitness center. 10 minutes to ski resort, 20 minutes to downtown Durango. **Book Today for Only $300 Down at the Time of Booking *** Bed Configuration: Studio - 2 Queen Beds (Main Floor) Studio - 1 Futon (Main Floor) Our studio condo with mini kitchen and one full bath is located adjacent to all of the resort amenities including a heated pool, hot tub, fitness center. Wifi speeds are appx 50 mbps. Our guests can play the Valley Course at Glacier Club at a discounted rate of $135 per round for 18 holes with a cart. This main lodge studio condo has been updated with granite, wood tile floors, tin ceiling and beautiful bedding. Relax in this tranquil condo of 490 sq feet with excellent views of the red cliffs and pond. 2 queen beds, futon, dining table for 4, 50" flat screen smart TV, smaller 20" flat screen TV to hook up your gaming device, DVD player. Kitchenette has mini fridge, two stove top burner, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, and dishwasher. Sleeps up to 6. ON-SITE AMENITIES INCLUDE: indoor & outdoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna, steam shower, fitness center, golf, tennis, playground, restaurant & bar, event center. There is an EV Charging Station available for guest use in the Valley Clubhouse parking lot, adjacent to the Tamarron Lodge. Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years). Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities. Please note, due to HOA regulations, this unit, and all of the units at Tamarron DO NOT allow pets. 4WD is recommended in Winter (Dec-Mar). Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance. Great location, great price and a wonderful relaxing stay!
I sent similar feedback to the property manager; because they did not indicate that they would make changes in response, I am posting in here too in case this is helpful to other guests. Overall, our stay and the Tamarron Lodge was nice! Positives: kitchen was well appointed; unit was well cleaned; pool/fitness center was great; property management was responsive. Negatives: insufficient hot water (although when I asked the Lodge to look at it, I was told I didn't know how to turn a shower knob); no tissues; no recycling bin in the unit (or information about Lodge recycling); and lack of information about the unit, such as 1) shower knob turns cold, warm (but not hot!), cold (right to left): 2) all upper electrical outlets (except kitchen) controlled by switch; and 3) bedside lamp controlled by switch located WHERE? (never could figure that out and maybe bulb burnt out but after being treated condescendingly about the hot water, I didn’t ask).
We really enjoyed our stay. The pool/hot tub was stunning and the kids had a blast. The playground, firepits and big grassy area were a hit with the kiddos. I loved that they had some pool toys and goggles available for the kids to use. All of the employees were so friendly and kind to us and our kiddos. It was perfectly located in between Durango and The Purgatory resort which made it super easy to drive to either one. The room fit 5 of us really nicely. It was extra nice to have all the essentials for cooking and eating. The views from the room were spectacular and I love that the windows open for that fresh, cool air. Would definitely stay here again!
A great place to stay! Small and cozy! Great place to stay with great amenities at the resort! Host was very responsive! Staff on site was very nice and helpful!
This facility is trying to be unscale but has horrible communication with the other facilities (restaurants, pool, etc) in the area. You might as well find another location that has a pool. Checkin process was the worst I have ever had. Super unfriendly. The evening front desk lady was great. I will not be staying here again.
