Absolutely lovely place! So cozy and clean. Me and my partner spent our first anniversary and had everything we needed. Lynn was such a wonderful host, leaving treats, wine and bread for us. We would definitely come back here.

We had a lovely time at Lynn’s beautiful cottage. She was very helpful, giving detailed instructions on how to get there but feel free to simply use the postcode provided as it takes you straight to the property too! Lynn welcomed us with some amazing baked goods, bread, milk, and a bottle of wine. Very thoughtful. The cottage is close to some beautiful local walks and about an hour drive from Helvellyn.

Couldn’t recommend lynns place anymore! It was exactly as it had been described! The area itself was lovely and peaceful! I can honestly say we felt right at home! Will definitely be staying here again when next in the area!

Was an absolutely wonderful stay... felt right at home, clean perfect cottage. We found Tom Croft with no problems from Lynns instructions and also entry into cottage too from her instructions. The Bridge Inn pub/ resturant we can recommend myself and partner was so impressed with the food and friendly staff. Ullswater, pooley bridge cute place to visit, keswick too..... lake windermere is doable from the cottage but still a distance away and we ran out of time sadly.
