Patricia’s place in Ballston spa was very nice. We were able to ski at West mountain nearby, and downtown Saratoga springs was close. The food nearby was very convenient. My favorite part was the 6 roundabouts it takes to get there. If you are scared of circles, you will not be happy. But if you (like me) make many wrong turns, the circles are very helpful. Amenities and furniture were comfy and nice. My friend particularly adored the painting in the living room, above the couch. Washing machine and dryer was very convenient. Overall: very cozy and a nice small getaway.

It was very comfortable for our group of 3 adults.. and I liked the separate temperature controls for each bedroom since my elderly Mom likes a warmer sleeping environment than I do. Very comfortable and cozie 😊
