We stayed at Carlos's Icon Vallarta Unit 901 in March 2024. The place was very clean when we arrived - that's not something I can always say with Airbnb units but this unit was perfect. The unit is on the 9th floor which provides for great views. Since it was a corner back unit we had a side view of the pool, beach and sunset. The main view was facing the city and mountains. I started each morning with my coffee watching the sun rise from the behind the mountains as the city was waking up - very peaceful. We ended every night sitting on the same patio taking in the city sounds and lights. The kitchen was well appointed and there is a large supermarket just 5 min away which we frequented. Plenty of beach and wash towels and a washer/dryer in unit to do a wash mid-week. There was some confusion on check in as I never received an email he sent but I messaged him on the App and he called quickly with the information I needed to get in the unit. I would highly recommend this unit!

Loved the pool and beach area. Room had an excellent view however a few simple updates would add more to the value. For example new towels, shower curtain needs to be removed and some fresh paint in the bathroom. Overall we enjoyed our week!

Private beach, wonderful pools, friendly staff (who speak English), delicious restaurants within the condo, kids center, security, walking distance to grocery store and the Magico Port, comfortable bed, kitchen with basics (e.g., pots, plates, cups, Tupperware)
